SaaS list prices and the verification-dependent on-prem commercial framework are published on this page. Pricing is per facility: plan + full users + terminal seats; operator and read-only auditor users are unlimited within each plan. Prices are in Turkish Lira.
Founding Customer Program
Instead of the TRY 15,000/month list price, annual billing fixes the Pro plan at TRY 9,000/month + VAT for 24 months. Any case study, reference-use permission, or sharing of anonymized and aggregated KPI results requires separate mutual written approval. Setup, sector packs, and additional seats are priced separately. Applications close when capacity is filled.

Commercial framework for a perpetual license + 20% annual maintenance. The first-10-facility launch price becomes contractual only after installation and restore-from-backup verification in the target environment.

Annual maintenance is 20% of the license fee. KOSGEB eligibility and financing decisions belong to KOSGEB and the relevant financial institutions. The exact scope of physically isolated deployment and hardened configuration is defined after reviewing the target infrastructure; the on-prem commitment is made after clean-install and restore-from-backup verification.

Do prices include VAT?
No. The prices shown exclude VAT; the VAT rate in force on the transaction date is added to the invoice.
What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Listed prices are for annual billing. If you prefer monthly billing, 15% is added to the price.
What is the Founding Customer Program?
For the first 10 facilities, annual billing fixes the Pro plan at TRY 9,000/month + VAT for 24 months. Why are operator and auditor users included in the plan?
To support broad shop-floor adoption, operator users are unlimited within the plan. Read-only auditor users are also included for record review.
What does the onboarding fee cover?
The one-time TRY 75,000 fee (TRY 60,000 for cohort rollouts) covers the data transfer, industry-template tailoring, training and controlled go-live activities defined in the contract. Two weeks is the target for standard scope with ready data; the final schedule depends on integrations, data quality and facility scope. Acceptance criteria are written into the contract; no general efficiency improvement is promised.
Do you run free pilots / PoCs?
Pilot engagements are paid and time-boxed: setup fee + a 3-month plan. Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before work starts; on acceptance, 50% of the pilot fee is credited toward the annual subscription.
Can I install on-premises (on my own servers)?
A commercial framework is available for a perpetual license + 20% annual maintenance. A sales and delivery commitment is made only after clean-install and restore-from-backup verification is completed for the target environment. Infrastructure, security responsibilities and service scope are written into a separate contract.
Can I benefit from KOSGEB support?
The KOSGEB SME Digital Transformation Support Program may cover software and hardware expenses approved by its Board. We provide product-scope information for the application roadmap; eligibility, credit and support decisions belong to KOSGEB and the relevant financial institutions. We do not guarantee approval or financing.
What is your discount policy?
Our off-list discount cap is 15%; the only exception is the Founding Customer Program. Pricing follows the same rule for everyone — not whoever negotiates hardest.
Will prices increase later?
The Founding Customer Program contract fixes the Pro plan unit price for 24 months. Setup, sector packs, additional seats, and taxes are outside that fixed price. For other subscriptions, the annual adjustment condition is stated in the contract; list-price updates apply only to new customers.
I have multiple facilities — how does that work?
Under the current model, each facility has a separate subscription; the second and subsequent facilities receive 50% off the base price. Shared-data and integration scope is assessed separately.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You own your business data. Export formats, the access window and the deletion schedule are defined in the subscription contract; supported records can be exported as CSV/Excel.
