Privacy and KVKK Notice

1. Data Controller and Scope

Quvex is a manufacturing execution (MES), manufacturing quality management and traceability platform developed by Sentytech Bilişim Teknolojileri. Sentytech Bilişim Teknolojileri is the data controller for personal data processed through website visits, demo requests, sales communications and Quvex user-account administration.

For employee, supplier or customer data uploaded by a customer organization, controller/processor roles are defined in the service agreement and data-processing addendum. This notice does not replace the customer's own duty to inform its employees and business partners.

2. Personal-Data Categories That May Be Processed

• Identity: Name, surname and username
• Contact: Email address, phone number and company information
• Request: Needs and messages entered in a demo form or support communication
• Account and transaction security: IP address, access time, session and security records

3. Collection Method and Legal Basis

Data is collected electronically through website and demo forms, user-account actions, email/phone communications and system logs. Depending on the activity, processing relies on the legal bases in Article 5 of Turkey's Law No. 6698: establishing or performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, and legitimate interests that do not harm your fundamental rights. Separate consent is requested if a distinct activity requires explicit consent.

4. Processing Purposes

• Responding to demo and contact requests
• Providing platform services and administering accounts
• Authentication and authorization
• Technical support
• Transaction security, error investigation and abuse prevention
• Compliance with legal obligations

5. Transfers

Personal data may be transferred, to the extent required to provide the service, to hosting, email, communication and security-service providers, and to competent public authorities where legally required. Transfers are handled under the applicable KVKK rules and contractual safeguards.

The demo form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser; it does not automatically send the information to Quvex. If you press send in WhatsApp, you transmit the data through the third-party communication channel you selected, and that provider's terms apply.

6. Retention

Data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose, the contractual relationship and applicable statutory retention requirements. The post-closure export, access and deletion schedule is defined in the relevant service agreement.

7. Security

Technical and organizational measures such as transmission security, access control, account security, monitoring and backups are used to reduce unauthorized-access, loss and misuse risks. No internet service can guarantee zero risk; security incidents are managed under applicable law and contractual terms.

8. Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used consistently with that purpose
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request erasure or destruction under Article 7 and notification of these actions to transfer recipients
• Object to an adverse result produced solely through automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
