Terms of Use

1. Service Description

Quvex is a manufacturing execution (MES), manufacturing quality management and traceability platform developed by Sentytech Bilişim Teknolojileri. This page states the general-use framework; the exact scope of paid SaaS, pilot, rollout and on-prem services is defined in the order form and customer agreement.

2. Account and Access

• You are responsible for protecting your account credentials
• Do not share passwords with unauthorized third parties
• An account may be suspended where unauthorized access or misuse is reasonably suspected

3. Data Ownership

You own the business data uploaded to the platform. Sentytech processes that data to provide and secure the service and perform contractual obligations under the service agreement and data-processing terms. The customer is responsible for having the necessary authority and providing required notices for records containing personal data.

4. Service Levels

• Commercially reasonable technical and organizational efforts are used to support service continuity
• Backup, retention, support and target service levels are defined by the selected plan and customer agreement
• Planned-maintenance notices follow the communication channel and notice period stated in the agreement

5. Unacceptable Use

• Using the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's or customer's data
• Disrupting, damaging or circumventing the security of the service

6. Liability

No internet or third-party-infrastructure-dependent service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Subject to mandatory applicable law, the parties' liabilities are defined in the customer agreement.

7. Cancellation and Data

Renewal, cancellation, payment obligations, data export, access windows and deletion schedules follow the selected billing model and customer agreement. Annual billing does not automatically convert to monthly billing upon early termination.

8. Document Precedence

If these general terms conflict with a signed order form, service-level addendum, data-processing addendum or customer agreement, the signed specific agreement controls for the relevant subject.
